If you provide us with the destination address and other information, we can calculate and provide you with a shipping cost estimate as well.
The countries and regions we are able to accept orders are limited to countries where EMS or DHL delivery is available. (Trade terms: DAP, Incoterms 2020)
If you wish to ship to other countries or regions, you will need to make your own arrangements with the shipping company. (Trade terms: EXW, Incoterms 2020)
・Payment Method
Payment is 100% prepaid by PayPal or bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfers, the buyer is responsible for bank transfer fees.
・Lead time
The lead time to shipment depends on the package size per piece and the quantity ordered.
For samples, we can ship it in about 1 week after your payment is completed.
For about 10kg, we can ship it in about 2 weeks after your payment is completed.
For about 50kg, we can ship it in about 3 weeks after your payment is completed.
These periods also depend on the conditions of the tea factory and business days.
If your order includes a private label, etc., it will not be as per the above period.
I can’t mention that the number of days of arrival after the shipment depends on the shipping company and customs clearance.
