Cancellation, Returns, Refund and Exchanging Policy

■ Before Shipping
● Cancellation / Change
You can Cancel / change the order by yourself within 30 minutes from the purchase history regardless of the reason.
For cancellation / change after 30 minutes from ordering, we can accept the cancellation if it’s before you agree to the shipping fee so please let us know by an email.
● Refundment
You will not be charged until you agree to the shipping cost. (We will not proceed with the billing process until you agree to the shipping costs.)
● Points
The points used will be returned at the same time as the cancellation procedure. Please check the points history to see if the points have been returned.
[Note] If the cancellation procedure is done after the expiration date of the limited time points, the points will be treated as invalid and will not be returned.
● Coupons
The coupons used will be returned at the same time as the cancellation procedure.

■ After Receiving
●Precaution
– Additional taxation must be paid by the customer.
– The shipping address cannot be changed after the shipment.
– We are not accepting product returns or exchanges.
– We will inform you the tracking number of your parcel after shipping. Recipient may not be notified of the arrival of the parcel by the carrier, so please keep track of it yourself frequently.
●Delivery Delay / Lost
If the recipient do not receive the item after 45 days from the date of shipment, please contact us by email. We will investigate the cause immediately. Please wait until the investigation by the research organization is completed. If it is determined that the customer is not involved in the delay in delivery, insurance will be applied and you will be refunded.
●Damaged during Shipping [Must-read]
If the package is damaged when it arrives and the contents are clearly damaged, please refuse to receive it. If you have received a damaged products, please email us within 15 days after it arrives.
Please keep the damaged product and submit a damage report to your local post office. After the damage report is received in your country, a research organization will investigate the cause. Please wait until the survey is completed. If the investigation shows that you are not involved in the damage of your luggage, insurance will be applied.
● Returned without Receiving
If for some reason the package is not received and returned to us, we will contact you as soon as it is received. We are afraid that we do not know the shipping situation of each country, so please contact the shipping company for the reason why it could not be delivered. We are not accepting product returns or exchanges. In case of reshipping, the shipping fee will be charged on you again.
