Matcha Ice-cream
Ingredients
Egg-yolk: 2
Matcha powder: 10g
Granulated sugar: 60g
Fresh cream (milk fat 45% or above): 150cc
Procedures
(1) Mix 2 egg yolks and 30g of granulated sugar well
(2) Mix 150cc of fresh cream and 30g of granulated sugar well
(3) Sieve 10g of match powder and mix well with 1. and 2.
(4) Pour into a container
(5) Freeze it for 6hours to serve
Matcha cookie
Ingredients
Egg: 1
Matcha powder: 10g
Butter: 40g
Cake flour: 150g
Granulated sugar: 50g
Procedures
(1) Mix 40g of butter and 30g of granulated sugar well
(2) Beat the egg, add it to (1) little by little and mix well
(3) Sieve 150g of soft flour and 10g of matcha powder into 2. and mix well
(4) Flatten the dough with a cotton swab and cut with a cookie cutter
(5) Preheat the oven to 150℃ and bake for 15 minutes to complete
Matcha chocolate
Ingredients
White chocolate: 100g
Matcha powder: 15g
Procedures
(1) Melt 100g of white chocolate in hot water at 50℃
(2) Sieve 15g of matcha powder and add to 1. and mix well
(3) Pour 2. into the mold

Vegetable oil: 50ml

Baking powder: 3g

Procedures
(1) Place 2 eggs in a bowl and mix
(2) Return 50g of butter to room temperature, take it in a bowl, add 70g of granulated sugar and mix

(4) Sieve 80g of cake flour, 3g of baking powder, and 10g of matcha powder into 3. and mix well.
(5) Apply butter to the mold and pour 4. into it. Preheat the oven to 170℃ and bake for 50 minutes to complete

Ingredients

Granulated sugar: 50g
Milk: 40cc
Cake flour: 80g
Butter: 50g
Baking powder: 3g
Procedures
(1) Return 50g of butter to room temperature, take it in a bowl, add 50g of granulated sugar and mix
(2) Beat 1 egg and add to 1. little by little while mixing
(3) Sieve 80g of cake flour, 3g of baking powder, and 10g of matcha powder into (2) and mix well
(4) Add 40cc of milk and mix further
(5) Pour 4. into the mold, preheat the oven to 180°C, and bake for 25 minutes to complete
